What is an online bookstore?
It’s a bookstore that is available to you round the clock (24 hours) on the internet. Our online bookstore allows you to view pictures of available books, read profiles of these books, pay for the books online, and get the books delivered to your doorsteps.

How do I place orders for books?
Simply add the books you want to your shopping cart. Upon completion of your shopping, click on the ‘check out’ button. Follow the instructions and you are done! It’s simple and convenient.
You may also pay for your order by paying directly into our bank account. Please click on the 'payment method' link on the homepage

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This will depend on your location as specified by you when placing your order. However, orders are normally despatched within two weeks from our sorting facility.

How secure is the website?
We have ensured that all neccessary standards have been met in securing all information on our website. In addition, we have partnered with Interswitch Limited to ensure multiple-layer encryption for your transactions. The website is safe and secure.

What if I change my mind? Can I get my money back?
We offer a money back guaranty on books only. We would not refund delivery expenses. Please note that this is subject to the terms and conditions of purchase. The delivery package must remain unopened and notification/return must be within 3 days of receipt of the delivery package.

What if I cannot find the book I am looking for?
We can place special orders for books that are not on our website. Simply send an email to info@booksng.com . We will get back to you by email within 24 hours.
8.
How will the books be delivered to me?
The books ordered will be delivered by courier. Please note that we charge a freight fee which starts from N150 depending on your location in Nigeria. Please see the 'delivery rates' link on our home page.
